I went for a run yesterday with a friend from our bible study, Shanole. It was turning out to be a great run, filled with sunshine and fellowship. As we were running we came across one of the dads in our small group, on his bike. Initially we thought nothing of it, but when he came to a screeching hault, we knew something was up. His two little boys, Wyatt 3yrs old and Vrai 20months, had gotten out of their house and were missing. They found the little one quickly sitting on the trail a couple hundred feet from their house. But the 3yr old was nowhere to be found. Scary! As a mom, it was terrifying, not only was he missing, but the trail runs along a river! Anyway, I know God put us there at that time, to comfort our friend. After a quick prayer from the speedy return and saftey of their child we ran straight to her house to give our love and support. We searched for a while longer and after about 45mins of hime being missing, he was founds about a mile and a half away from their house on his bike. (No he didn't even seem fazed by the happenings of that morning!) Praise God he was safe and that he was not distracted by the water!
Psalm 117:2
For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Praise the LORD
Encouraging Thoughts...
For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of the fools will destroy them: but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.

4th of july #2
Well this year the weather was not so great... It rained all afternoon and they canceled the fireworks in Loveland (they are closer to out house than Ft Co) so we missed out! Here are some cute pictures of the kiddos with their 4th of July clothes. Some cute ones of them waiting, looking out the window and hoping it will stop raining ( reminds me of Cat and the Hat!)
4th of July
Well as many of you know, the 4th of July is my favorite holiday. Fireworks good old fashioned American fun and yes our Anniversary! This year makes 7 years married to Kyle, my outstanding husband! he is truely an amazing man:) This year he surprised me by taking me up to Estas Park to a little bed and breakfast. So much fun! I only wish we could have stayed longer, but as it was our first time (ever) to get away without the kids it was perfect. Here is a picture of us. Yes, Us no Kids : )))

Vacation Bible School...
Kenna and Levi were able to attend VBS this year for the first time and WOW! It was so much fun: ) They both LOVED it. It was so awesome as a parent to see your kids learning about God, The creater of the universe and loving it. It is amazing how much they understand. Kenna tells me that Jesus lives in her heart so she can take him anywhere. Cute! And so unbelievably true. Levi doesn't quite understand that he can live in his heart, but is also funny, because he tries to look for him. So perfect to his personality. Levi and Kenna both love to sing the songs from VBS, and yes I bought the CD to listen to in the car, and well there is no other music allowed by them in the car, (it's been almost a month). We all know the words by heart! Here's some pictures that I took that week!
